This is our home base and where all the Karst Climber adventure began.
Yangshuo is best known for it‘s stunning scenery with karst mountains, meandering slow rivers and sleepy countryside.
The perfect entry level destination for introduction to outdoor sports, given the variety of activities and their convenience of location, and the infrastructure for tourism and visitors.
That being said, the variety of terrain also allows for specialised experiences in certain fields , Yangshuo being a prime location for rock climbing, abseiling, caving.

Food and Accommodation
Yangshuo can offer diverse accommodation, from plush hotels, downtown town or in the countryside to more modest guesthouses/hostels or camp stay.
Food also caters to all tastes, including western meals, staple Chinese dishes and lots of local options.
Weather
Programs can be run in Yangshuo all year long. Best time to visit is late fall.
Please note that spring can see a lot of rain and programs may suffer adjustments.
Transportation
The closest Airport is Guilin, 90 minutes drive to Yangshuo and 2 hours to LongSheng.
